MAW Vriddhi Autocorp is set to unveil the upgraded Seres 3 EV this week. This new version builds upon the popular Seres 3 model, which has been well-received in Nepal. The updated Seres 3 will come in two types: Comfort and Premium, designed to meet different customer preferences.
The current Seres 3 is powered by a 52.7 kWh lithium-ion battery and a 99 kW electric motor. It boasts an impressive electric range of 405 kilometers on a full charge, based on the NEDC standard. Previously, it was available in two versions: Comfort, priced at NPR 49.99 Lakh, and Premium, priced at Rs 52.99 Lakh.
The Seres 3 has recently expanded its presence to the UK, Dubai, Pakistan, and the Philippines, showcasing its appeal and reliability in diverse markets. Originally introduced at the NADA Auto Show 2023, where it received significant praise, the Seres 3 now has over 300 units on the road.
Notably, it has become the first electric SUV to conquer the Korala Pass at 4660 meters above sea level, proving its capability in Nepal's challenging terrain and solidifying its reputation as a robust and versatile vehicle.
